Information: Hybridogenic and intermediate between the diploid P. cambricum and the hexaploid P. interjectum. The latter is yet to be found in PNP as well as in Greece and the Balkans. Prespa represents the only known locality for this taxon in Greece (Bergmeier et al., 2020).
